Adel Radi Saqr al-Wahabi al-Harbi is a fugitive who is wanted in connection for supporting the work of the al-Qaeda terror network from a base of operations in Iran.


As a deputy to Muhsin al-Fadhli, al-Qaeda’s senior facilitator there, al-Harbi helps recruit and move terrorists to Afghanistan or Iraq by way of Iran. He is also believed to have raised money to support al-Qaeda attacks.

A Saudi citizen, he is 26 years old and uses the alias Abu Ali Muharib. On Jan. 9, 2011, he was placed on the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior’s list of wanted terrorists and was charged with traveling to Afghanistan to join al-Qaeda and providing technical support on the Internet to the group.

The Rewards for Justice Program is offering a reward of up to five million dollars for information leading to al-Harbi’s location.
