Talks between the P5+1 countries and Iran over Iran’s nuclear program have reconvened in Geneva. After the previous round of talks, President Barack Obama reiterated his pledge that “Iran cannot have nuclear weapons,” but explained why biting economic sanctions had been imposed on Iran.
