World Must Move Beyond Paris Agreement

The Paris Agreement calls on signatory countries to cut their greenhouse gas emissions in order to limit global warming. However, the world has already fallen behind on targets set in the Paris Agreement, said U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
