Punto De Vista: U.S. - Mexico Partner Against Climate Change

The United States and Mexico recently signed an agreement to expand their partnership in the fight against climate change. Under the new agreement, the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, will provide technical assistance through the Mexico Low Emissions Development Program to reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions in the Mexican state of Morelos.
