Eating well is very important for your health. Medical experts say it’s best to center your diet, whenever possible, around fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and grains like maize and wheat.
These foods do not contain the fats and fatty acids that can cause diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. It’s also good to include some fresh meat, chicken and fish in your diet. Researchers say about 35 percent of all cancers are related to what people eat, and a diet high in fruits and vegetables, can cut the risk of cancer, in half.
