Speaking at the recent Future Investment Initiative conference, President Donald Trump said, “we’re gathered at a moment of bold action and historic decision to make America and our allies safer and stronger, more prosperous, more successful than ever before.”
“[W]e’re closer than ever to the rise of the Middle East that is finally free at last from Iranian terror, aggression, and nuclear blackmail,” declared President Trump.
“For 47 years, Iran has been known as the bully of the Middle East, but they are not the bully any longer. They’re on the run,” said President Trump.
In his first term in office, President Trump ended the Iran nuclear deal. “[I]f I didn’t terminate it,” he said, “they would have had a nuclear weapon long ago, and they would have used it on. . .Israel and the Middle East.”
“As President of the United States, I would never allow the world’s number one state sponsor of terror to obtain a nuclear weapon,” stressed President Trump.
That’s why last June, America’s armed forces obliterated Iran’s key nuclear facilities in an operation called Midnight Hammer. “But after that attack,” said President Trump, “the Iranian lunatics refused to cease their pursuit of nuclear weapons.”
So, the United States launched Operation Epic Fury in February to defend America and its allies. “U.S. Armed Forces have been annihilating Iran’s military capacity with force, precision, and skill like the world has never seen,” noted President Trump
Iran is now in negotiations with the United States. A key condition for peace is the immediate opening of the Strait of Hormuz. Unless a deal is reached soon, warned President Trump in a social media post, “we will conclude our lovely ‘stay’ in Iran by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their Electric Generating Plants, Oil Wells and Kharg Island (and possibly all desalinization plants!), which we have purposefully not yet ‘touched.'”
The U.S. military is crushing Iran’s weapons stockpiles, destroying their missile and drone factories. Iran’s Navy is now mostly at the bottom of the Persian Gulf. Moreover, all 22 of their mine droppers are gone, reported President Trump. Iran’s air force is out of business with no planes left. Their anti-aircraft and communications capabilities have been totally dismantled. And most of their leaders are dead.
With the defeat of the Iranian regime, the future of the Middle East has never looked brighter, said President Trump. He urged Saudi Arabia to complete the Abraham Accords with Israel. “It’s now time. . . .We’ve got to get into the Abraham Accords. And we hope all of the countries [in the region] are going to be in the Abraham Accords.”
“With the help of business leaders, innovators, allies and partners. . .we will seize every opportunity, overcome every challenge, defeat every threat,” declared President Trump. “And America and our allies will thrive and prosper and win like no nations have ever won before.”
