Ibrahim Salih Mohammed Al-Yacoub [EEB-ra-heem SAW-lee mo-HAHM-med ahl-YAH-koob] is wanted for the 1996 bombing of the Khobar Towers military housing complex in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Nineteen American servicemen were killed and three-hundred people were wounded in the attack.
Al-Yacoub was born on October 16th, 1966, in Tarut, Saudi Arabia. He remains a Saudi Arabian citizen. He is one meter sixty-two centimeters tall, and weighs sixty-eight kilograms. He has black hair, brown eyes, and an olive complexion.
The United States is offering a reward of up to twenty-five-million dollars for information leading to the arrest of Ibrahim Salih Mohammed Al-Yacoub.
