Punto de Vista: U.S.-Colombia High Level Dialogue

At the recent fourth round of the High-Level Partnership Dialogue between the United States and Colombia, representatives of the two countries reaffirmed their commitment to work cooperatively to protect the environment, expand educational opportunities, promote human rights, strengthen energy networks, and develop the economies of both nations.
